However, there are some great South Carolina wineries you can visit for wine tasting. Even if you choose not to stop at any of the area wineries, you can always get out to see the majestic landscape of South Carolina. Let the highways guide you down highways and country roads and into quiet and lush vineyards and countryside. As you pass by cities like Beaufort, Charleston, Orangeburg and Myrtle Beach, there may even be some great South Carolina wine bars designated along the way for you to stop into and enjoy a quick lunch or dinner with a smooth glass of red or white wine.
